- Items must be free from stains, odors, and any signs of use.
- Sale and clearance items are non-refundable unless faulty.

- We will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Securely pack the item and send it back using a trackable shipping service.
- Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty products.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your purchase and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos for verification. We will resolve the issue promptly.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, check with your bank or payment provider. If you still have concerns, email us for assistance.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, all undergarments, swimwear, bodysuits, shapewear, and jewellery (men’s & women’s) are cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
